The Last Inventory is happy to announce and offer a number of delivery solutions to you for your order. All delivery services currently are provided by third-party professionals.
Shipping is conditional. Due to several variables in shipping, we strongly recommend that you do not schedule your installer until after you have received your order in full.
Manufacture times, weather impacts, supply-chain conditions, claims, and replacement shipping for damaged items are just some of the instances that may impact delays in receiving your order.
The Last Inventory cannot be held liable for failure to meet scheduled install dates due to delivery service. Delivery dates are estimated, and as such, cannot be promised under any circumstance.
Handling charges are added to account for the cost of packing material, labor, and preparation of orders for shipment and are calculated into the delivery costs.
Delivery time estimates and lead times are approximated. We would strongly encourage you not to schedule your installer to begin work until after you have received your purchase in full.
The Last Inventory will not be held responsible for third-party contractors or installation costs.
All physical in-store items can be shipped the same day if the order is created and paid for prior to 12:00 CST. Ground shipments are estimated to arrive within 7 to 10 business. Once your order is complete and has been picked up, we will send you a shipping confirmation via email and we will include tracking details to coordinate delivery. Expedited shipping is available. Our couriers may contact you in regard to your delivery to include status updates, appointments, arrival times, and more. Most deliveries are packed in cardboard shipping containers or 4-ft x 4-ft or larger wood pallets. Depending on quantity or size, multiple shipments may occur before your delivery is complete. Standard delivery is placed in your driveway. This means that the driver will arrive on location and place the package/pallet in your driveway at the driver’s discretion.

- High Rise Condo/Apartment
- A commercial delivery is located on the second floor or higher of a building.
- The destination does not have semi-trailer access
- There is no turnaround space for a semi-trailer

Ground services are not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands.
The customer is responsible for inspecting the delivery and the condition of the material of the entire shipment. If damage is discovered, note this with the driver on the POD (proof of delivery) and follow the instructions outlined by our shipping team on our claims/damage policy. Due to overall weight and dimensions, some products are not eligible to ship via UPS ground and must be shipped via LTL.
The Last Inventory cannot be responsible for refused shipments, change of delivery address, canceled orders after shipment, and no access to gated communities. Any additional shipping costs, such as consignment, storage, reclassification, and redeliveries are the liability of the customer.
Upon delivery, we suggest inspecting the delivery for damage and the contents of the delivery against your receipt or confirmation email to ensure accuracy, dye lot, color, model number, and quantity.

UPS does not delivery to PO BOXES. Please provide us with a physical delivery address.
Shipping rates are based on the delivery distance and the weight of the package or pallet being shipped.
The Last Inventory has invested in and uses a plugin that is tied directly to UPS.com for access to live rates at the time of placing your order and final costs are determined at the time your order is created.
All orders are subject to sales tax based on the state the order is being shipped to. Shipping is considered a service and is subject to tax.
End of Day & Hot Shot Deliveries
We have partnered with a professional courier service in Dallas/Ft. Worth that understands the weight of materials and transporting your purchase from the store to your home or business safely and in a rush to complete your project on time or ahead of schedule.
Equipped with Sprinter vans, large box trucks, and equipped with lift gates, they are able to pick up your purchase on your behalf and deliver same day or within 24 hours. Expedited Service Available, ask about our 3-hour rates.

LTL & FTL Deliveries
Due to weight, size, and other parameters, some orders will be required to ship via LTL (Less Than Truck Load) or FTL (Full Truck Load).
As a result of damage from shipping, we explored shipping alternatives to help safeguard orders and to make nationwide delivery available to all of our customers.
Products like 12-in x 24-in and larger format tiles, Waterproof SPC, Laminate, Wood Flooring, Vanities, and more are able to ship from The Last Inventory and arrive at your home or business in a timely manner.
With this service, we will place your order on a wooden pallet, secure it with bands, and shrink-wrap it to prepare for pickup. When your driver arrives, we will load the truck with our forklift and then provide you with the tracking details from the delivery service.

Exporting & Export Policy
Shipping outside of the United States has its challenges, but we are here to help. The Last Inventory will work with you and help to provide customs information to the delivery company permitting your purchase to be imported.
Note: The Last Inventory will not be liable for Taxes and Duties. These are due upon receipt of your delivery and are to be paid in full prior to release.
