Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds
Returns
We provide our customers with a 30-day window to return an item from the date of purchase, on your receipt.
Returned items will be for exchange or The Last Inventory Store Credit only.
All merchandise and material must be new, unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them in.
All returns require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Not all items qualify or are eligible for return. For example, no vendor or special order items are eligible for return. (Only in-stock items carried and sold in the store are eligible for a return, while items remain in inventory and store credit will be issued)
Exchanges
If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange for an item of equal or greater value.
No cash or credit card refund will be issued on returned items.
If your exchange does not equal the total amount of eligible, returned items, we will issue you a Store Credit for the remaining balance.
A Store Credit will also be available and missed if you do not wish to complete an exchange at the time of your return.
Refunds
The Last Inventory has a NO REFUND policy.
Store Credit –
Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date of the return or exchange.
Any unused Store Credit will be forfeited after 90 days.
Store Credit is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for any cash value.
