TLI Legacy Collection Sovereign Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring is a tinted polyvinyl chloride that is processed into a solid plank of solid material in a sheet form. This vinyl has multiple layers, including a backing, the top design layers, and a protective layer. This laying process protects the finished design layer from stains, mildew, rips, tears, gouges, scuffs, scratches, and other damage. Our manufacturing process preserves your space and is a more durable finished flooring solution for your home or your commercial office space.
