How do I find a product online?

We have a search feature on our website and use a keyword, manufacturer number, brand, or manufacturer’s model number. You can also browse by category to shop.

How do I check my order status?

We will send you an email when your order status has changed and provide you with more details regarding your order if your order changes.

How will I know when my order is ready to be picked up?

You will receive an email confirmation with your order number, order date, pick-up address, and pickup instructions for the designated pick-up locations and hours of operation. 

How do I return an item?

Some (but not all) items can be returned within 30 calendar days. If you bought something from thelastinventory.com, you can email sales@thelastivnentory.com for return options before shipping it back to us.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel items from orders that haven’t yet shipped or haven’t been picked up, by calling our customer service department at (469) 336-2757.

How do I create an order with tax exemption?

Please email a copy of your form 01-339 to sales@thelastinventory.com to put on file for in-store and online purchases.

How do I track my order?

We will email you a confirmation, including the tracking number and a link to the courier’s website to display more transit details on your purchase. 

How do I figure out shipping costs?

We will do that for you. There are several details, for example, weight, dimensions, shipping class, delivery time, and more that go into shipping building materials. We are happy to help you here and provide you with a detailed estimated shipping cost.  Please email sales@thelastinventory.com with the item that you are interested in purchasing, how many cartons, and the delivery address. 

We will build a cart for you and email detailed information with material and shipping costs.  

Can I pick up at a Terminal or Distribution Center?

Of course, you can.  We are partnered with 50+ national couriers that have shipping HUBs and terminals all over the United States. We can help you save money by delivering your purchase close to the final destination and you may pick it up at the terminal. 
Terminals require a copy of the delivery (BOL), a copy of the order, and two forms of identification. 

Distribution pickup may also be available by region.  This is subject to stock availability. Pickup requires two forms of identification and a purchase order number, which we will provide you via email. 

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

Please call our claims desk at (469)612-2348 or send an email to sales@thelastinventory.com with your order number and a minimum of three photos of the damage your order sustained.

Why is my order delayed?

Sadly there are hiccups in the supply chain or weather that can create delays.  We frequently follow up with manufacturers and delivery services to obtain information on what’s going on and do our best to convey new details to you when we have been provided with new information.

Can my order be delivered inside?

Most deliveries are “curbside”. At the driver’s discretion, they will leave your order in the driveway or doorway of your residence or business. 

Although, some of our courier services offer what’s called “White Glove” service where they will schedule an appointment with you, notify you prior to delivery of their arrival, and deliver your purchase inside. Please email sales@thelastinventory.com for more details on White Glove Service. 


How long will the install take?

Depending on the type of flooring being installed and the size of the room. Generally speaking, most flooring projects are finished within 1-3 business days. 
A team of installers can get 750-1,000 Square feet installed per day. This does not include time to get new wood or laminate flooring acclimated to your home if needed. 

Should I hire a Professional Installer?

Hiring a professional to install your flooring ensures it is done the right way in a reasonable timeframe and to the manufactures specifications. Having flooring installed correctly not only helps with its aesthetic but ensures an enjoyable purchase for a lifetime.

How much is it to install?

This will vary depending on materials and the amount of flooring being installed. Our team can provide you with an estimate that fits your budget and preferences.

Is The Last Inventory Bonded and Insured?

Yes, we are bonded and insured in the state of Texas and provide you with supporting documentation upon request.
